FAQ

Questions from festival organizers

How much does Multipass cost for festival organizers?

Multipass is free for organizers. Attendees pay a 5% + $1.50 service fee per ticket at checkout, so you keep 100% of your ticket revenue. There are no monthly fees or contracts.

How do I get paid?

You connect your own Stripe account, and ticket payments go directly to you. Instant payouts are on by default, at no extra cost. Multipass never holds your funds.

Can attendees transfer tickets?

Yes. Attendees can share or transfer their tickets to friends.

Can I split revenue with partners?

Yes. Income splits divide revenue between partners automatically.

Can I sell tickets on my own website?

Yes. You can embed the Multipass checkout on your website, and every order shows up in your Multipass dashboard with the rest of your sales.

Can I choose my own web address?

Yes. You pick your own multipass.com web address, and it doesn’t have to match your organization’s name. For example, Dude, Idk Studios uses denvercomedy.multipass.com to match what people search for.

Can I switch from another ticketing platform?

Yes. We move your contacts, followers, and members with their memberships, plus your upcoming events and their existing ticket holders. We can mass import your events, and we help you set up your first event on Multipass.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Every attendee and organizer gets a referral link automatically. When an organizer signs up through your link, you get 10% of the fees Multipass earns from their sales, paid out automatically every day.
